Shinobi looked around noticing not only was he in new york he was also near his old neighborhood. "Well no time to find the cobra's and kick their asses...gotta find Mindwarp..." He muttered running quickly until he reached a building he recognized as his grandfathers dojo. He started poungin on the door yelling 'wake up old man!'
"im coming im coming..." He heard an old voice yawn as the door was opened. "I thought you were with the titans?" He yawned.
"Something came up i need to find Mindwarp...do we have any information on recent robberies that he might be involved with?"
"I saved some newspaper clippings you could check out and maybe find something."
"thanks gramps."
Shinobi spent a few minutes reading them over. "Well according to reports the people charged with doing it dont rememeber anything fromt he time...thats usually something Mindwarp does blocking off the memories of the time..." He quickly looked over the articles again and found the robberies were commited near each other. "Okay...so he's probably within (never been to new york so gimme a breack) better find him now..." Shinobi said running off in the direction

Shinobi had been running for a while but he wasnt even winded as he came to a stop in front of a rundown old building. "Geez Mindwarps really letting his digs go to hell..." He muttered
"Well you would be too if every time you tried to make some money you were stopped by a bad batman rip-off." A voice came from behind him.
"You always were the only one who could sneak up on me." Shinobi said turning around to see a young man of similer height in a pair of blue jeans and a t-shirt with the superman 's' on it with a pair of sneakers. "and the only thing i have that batman does is the cloak" (think of the uniform the ninja characters from doa 3 (i think)
"Yeah yeah yeah...so what do you want? you usually just wait for me to do something and then catch me."
"I need your help."
"Thats a new one. what could the mighty shinobi be in that he needs the help of one of his enemies to defeat?"
"Not just me im with the teen titans. And right now we NEED a telepath and your the only one i know. I can pay you good money." Shinobi said reaching into his gi's hidden pockets and producing the credit card robin gave him.
"Im pretty expensive..."
"This card has no limit."
"Alright im in. how we getting there."
"Teleportation unit return to titans tower." Shinobi said grabbing mindwarp as a light enveloped them.

Somewhere else in new york in a shaded room a young looking man stands over a desk with his eyes closed in a trance like state (if you want a description think the animated version of Vandal Savage from the savage time episodes (not to rip him of i just like his look) wearing robes like a stereotype sorcerer he looks young but is actually more then one thousand years old.
"Interesting...Mindwarp and Shinobi two people who have been causing me no end of trouble and each other...working together...this will require looking into..." He said standing up as he mumbled in a long forgotten language as he chants he makes strange motions with his hands and soon a human sized winged demon appears its a pale green color with scales along its body its wearing a pair of crude pants and has clawed hands as he looks the man up and down.
"Thou who hast sommoned me shalt command me. your enemies become my enemies your goals my goals." He spoke in a course voice bowing politely. "Name your bidding master."
"I wish for you to travel to a location where you know there are many powerful beings at i want you to spy on them be not caught and report to me all that you see." He said.
"As ye command i shalt obey." he said spreading his wings and flying through the open window.
"Mr. Frey?" Came a voice from the otherside of a door. "Mr. Frey your...uhm...associates wish to speak with you."
"Very well." He said his voice sounding older as he walked his robes transformed into a buisness suite and ran his hands through his hair which turned from black to a balding grey and his goatee disappeared and a pair of glasses appeared over his eyes as he opened the door as Maximillion Frey one of the wealtheist men in the world.
"Mr. Frey...we just got word that the last shipment was delayed because of interferance from Shinobi." THe man said in a fearful tone as the two walked down the hall.
"IDIOTS!" He yelled "WHAT DO I PAY YOU FOR!? I GIVE YOU COBRA'S THE WEAPONS TO SUPRECE THE OTHER GANGS AND ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU COVER UP MY *ahem* less then legal buisness dealings and you fail at that! its only one man! How can i fun a multinational corperation as well as a criminal empire if i cannot control my home base in new york!" He yelled opening the door and walking inside.
Meanwhile the demon was flying impossibly fast already in site of the tower as he became invisible to the eye as well as any detection device.(continued back in 'the war room/computer room')
