Well, since we casted who we think should be in a 'TEEN TITANS' Movie, I thought we could do the same for 'THE OUTSIDERS'. Once again, YOU can decide who should play the Heroes and who should play the villians.THE OUTSIDERS
NIGHTWING* ARSENAL * JADE * METAMORPHO GRACE* INDIGO * THUNDER * HUNTRESS
Villians
BROTHER BLOOD * GRODD

Interesting choices... but Jennifer Love Hewitt as Jade? You've got to be kidding me! I wouldn't let that woman ten feet near the script much less act in the movie. (As if you couldn't tell, I don't much like her. She too much of an air-head for my taste...)

Well, I think that she fits the part perfectly. And since even Keanu Reeves managed to give one or two great performances so can JLH. We just need the right director, my choice to direct this one is Darren Aronofsky from "Requiem for a Dream". I guarantee ya that he would get a helluva performance outta her. C'mon just watch "RFD" and you'll see that the guy is a freaking awesome actor's director. Even Jared Leto was good. Now that's saying summit!

Nope. No Way. Sorry. Bad Idea. No way in hell would Jennifer Love Hewitt be a good Jade. JLH is far too... ditzy for Jade, who is supposed to be a strong, level headed character. JLH just is not that good of an actress. (And don't even get me started on Keanu Reeves... Everytime I see that guy, I'm remebered of those stoners in High School. And I can't watch Matrix, because I find the plot slow and his character dull. >Sorry all you Matrix Fans, but I've gotta be honest.< ) Even the best Director can only do so much with weak talent. I wouldn't go casting Directors though. It has been well noted that some Directors will totally alienate and mutilate characters and stories in comic book movies. (i.e. new Catwoman flick, last two Bat-films, last two Superman films) If I were to choose the right director, I'd want to meet with each applicant to know what they envision story and character-wise. Because we all know that even the best director can screw up a good movie idea. I'm working on my list, but the toughest choice for me is who to cast as Nightwing. I don't want to repeat the mistakes made during 'Batman Forever' and 'Batman and Robin."

She may be ditzy, but the sole purpose of acting is to became somebody else. And about Keanu, I don't like 'im too, but watch "Dracula", "Walking in the clouds" & "The Gift".
If the director is wants to he can work with the actor shaping the character, for freak sakes all u got to do is read Stanislavsky and Stella Adler and ur good to go. But these days the filmmakers seem to be far more interested in making the movie look good and they just forget about the performance.
And FYI JLH was really good in a movie based in the life of Audrey Hepburn.
And b4 u choose ur director u have to choose ur writers. Just remember, although Joel Schumacher was also guilty about "B F" and "B & R", Akiva Goldsman did. You have to get someone like Kevin Smith, David S Goyer, hell get Jeph Loeb or Joe Kelly, they'll do the job perfectly!

Exactly. But you need to be carefulll with both writer and director. Because once the director is choosen, the original scropt can be totally screwed up. And the writer can't do anything more, because it is no longer in his hands unless the Director or Producer want something changed. The original script could be brillant, but a director with a different vision can mutilate that script. Just read some of the original scripts for Batman and Robin. They were pretty good, but look at what came out. As for Directs and Talent... Directors can do so much. They can work with the actor all they want, but if the talent is limited... well, they're directors, not miricle workers. LOL. And I know what an actor is, Fab. I am one. I've already been cast in the lead roles of a half a dozen shows already. Not to mention, I've directed several plays in the past. Anywho, the main problem with JLH is all of her characters are the same. She has no range as an actress. In every movie I've seen her in, the character is the same one as in the last film. Take Meg Ryan for example. She plays a multidude of characters each one special in their own way. Different personality quirqs and so on. JLH's character have the same traits and personalities. And in the center of all of it is that ditzy base. As for Keanue... I have seen Dracula and Walking the Cloud and the Gift, and I didn't like Keanue in any of them. He's just not an actor I can take seriously. He always seems like he's not all there if you catch my drift. You know the lights are on, but no one is home. The thing is, I don't see JLH being able to give an accurate and good performance of Jade. She just doesn't have the action hero vibe. She's got the ditzy cheerleader, jock girl-friend vibe.
