"It's possible," Oracle replied. "They might have been trying to save face. That doesn't explain the body that they buried though." She paused for a moment.
"My question is how did Spoiler catch on?"

"Beats me" Falcon shrugged. "I WOULD ask her, but I'm not exactly her favorite person in the world." She added sarcasticly as she put away her binoculars and creeped closer to the scene quietly. (Anyone want to play Spoiler and Cluemaster till Robyn gets on? I can only be on for an hour. The library closes then. )

"Well that doesn't matter," Oracle said rolling her eyes. "Ask her and then tell her to come back to Gotham. I don't want her getting herself killed."

"Alright. But I'm blaming you if I get punched in the face AND nearly killed by the Cluemaster all in one night." Falcon carefully and quietly snuck around the docks to where Spoiler was. Crouching in front of her, she spoke. " What are you doing here." She said in a bat-clan tone. (Hey Alan, want to play Spoiler an' Clue' real quick? Or should I ask one of the others?)

(sure.)
"You'll get over it," Oracle said, resting her chin in her hand.
********************************************
Spoiler let out a small 'EEP' at Falcon's question. She spun around and looked in suprse at Falcon. The supised look turned into a cold stare at the other vigilante.
"What do YOU want?" she snapped in a snobbish voice.

"Other than a calorie free chocolate bar, I want to know WHAT you are doing here. Why your back in costume. And how you knew that Cluemaster was alive and would be here." Falcon stood in the all concealing shadows that played across her features darkly. "And I'd advise you to lower your voice unless you WANT to blow both your cover and mine. We're not out of hearing distance, you know." She talked queitly so that the purple clad vigilante could hear.

"None of your buisness," Spoiler growled in a stage-whisper. She was tempted to finish with the "B" word, but thought better of it.
"So why don't you go back to your Boss and let me do MY job."

"Maybe because this is MY hometown and I'm not going to see it get wasted. For awhile, this is MY city. So it IS my buisness. I hate to be the bad guy, but Batman banned you from costume, NOT from Gotham." Falcon whispered back. This was getting them no where. If Steph insisted on not backing out on this case, the LEAST she could do was tell her what she knew. Falcon took a quick glance up at the sky. Dark clouds gathered, it would rain soon. Meaning that the crooks would work fast to load the trucks and SHE would have to work faster to stop them. That was the only bad thing about Tampa weather, it rained almost every night and realy made things harder.

Spoiler, if anything was hard-headed. "Pu-leeze," Spoiler said shoving Falcon to one side. "What are you trying to pull? 'this is my city..." Just because Mr. Tall and creepy may back you doesn't make you my boss." Dropping a D-Cell cord, Spoiler began to drop down the side of the building.
"So get out of my way newbie."

(I'm back! Sorry about not being on for so long! And about the return of Cluemaster...um, I don't really know how he came back either. ^_^() Heh. Well, maybe I'll think of something later on. Anyway...) Spoiler made her way down, ignoring any futher comments made by Falcon. The hell did she know? She had no idea the crap Stephanie had been through. Being in the mask and being able to whup a criminal once in a while kept her from going completely crazy. And futhermore, she didn't really have a choice. Seeing as she had just run away from home. (Dun dun dun! Okay, maybe that's a little far fetched, but I thought it might be interesting. *shrug*) Life was just so stupid lately. Losing her mask, losing Robin.. One night she had decided she had had enough and skipped town. Florida was supposedly where all the deadbeats go, she'd fit right in, she figured. (I DON'T ACTUALLY FEEL LIKE THAT! I just heard that somewhere.) Seeing Cluemaster had been a total accident, actually. But whatever, she was going to handle it. By herself. Maybe then at least ROBIN would see that she could totally do this. And if any of them had a problem with that, they could go to hell.

(I JUST GOT A GREAT IDEA! About the return of Cluemaster, AND a plot! Okay, just go with me here...)
After a bit of trial and error, Spoiler managed to sneak onto Cluemaster's ship. Creeping along, she saw the shadow of a henchman coming around the corner and she ducked into a door next to her.
She found herself in what looked like a storage room. Before she could make another move, she heard many the handle of the door turn. She bolted and ducked behind a large crate, crouching as low as she could.
The door opened and Cluemaster entered the room. Following him were two henchmen holding a large, ancient looking box that was chained and padlocked shut. It must've been pretty heavy, because both muscle-bound henchmen strained under the weight. Suddenly one of the henchmen tripped and almost dropped the box.
"Be CAREFUL!" Cluemaster shrieked, spinning around. "If ANYTHING happens to that box, neither of you will get one red cent!"
"Sorry boss," the henchman said, "what's in here, anyway?"
"Something VERY important, SO BE CAREFUL! Now put it down here..."
The henchman put the box down at the other side of the room.
"Good. Now get out and make sure NO ONE goes in here, for ANY reason!"
"Yeah, boss," the henchmen chanted, leaving the room. Cluemaster stood their for a moment, staring at the box, then sighed and left as well, closing the door behind them.
"Okay," Spoiler muttered, "my curiousity has officially peaked."
She crept towards the box, inspecting the chains and padlocks. Pretty basic, nothing she couldn't handle. Taking out a small tool, she quickly got rid of the chains and opened the mystery box to find -
"SAND?" Spoiler stared at the box's contents in bewiderment. She put a hand in and took a handful, taking a closer look. Yep, definatley sand.
"Why on earth would Cluemaster carry around a box of sand?" Spoiler muttered. That's when she saw something black and gleaming sticking out of the sand.
"Hello..." Spoiler reached both hands into the box. After a bit of digging, she took out a small black stone...thingy. Some ancient doo-hickey, it looked like. Now Spoiler was REALLY confused. Why would -
"AAAAAAH!" Spoiler shreiked suddenly. She dropped the ancient doo-hickey like it was a hot coal. She had, just at that moment, felt an intense pain shoot through her body and straight into her head.
"Ohhh..." Spoiler sat down, putting her hands on her head. What the hell was that?
Just then the door bust open and Cluemaster ran in. Crap.
"NoOOOOOOoooooOOO!!! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!?"
"I think the question is: what have YOU done?" Spoiler snarled, turing to face him. Then she gasped.
What she was seeing was NOT Cluemaster at all, but a dark outline of him. Within that outline was a smaller, skinnier white form of some sort of humanoid creature that looked very very freaked out.
"You're not Cluemaster!" Spoiler cried, "You're - something else!"
"Oh no, do you realize what you've done?? No, no of course, not, you can't possibly, oh poor innocent alien child - "
"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?"
"Poor child you've doomed yourself..."
(Note: While Spoiler can see all this, Robin and Falcon can still see Cluemaster. I'll explain why later, just go with it.)

Falcon sighed a sigh of disappointment. After all this time, Spoiler still hadn't changed. It was THIS kind of thing that got her pulled out of costume. And Rachael wasn't about to follow suit. No, Spoiler was in danger but Rachael had a plan. "Oracle. Is there anyway you can get me some back-up?" She COULD call the police, but there was no garentee that the cop would be crooked. She knew someone on the TBPD that was good, but...

"I'll see what I can do," Oracle replied. "But until I can get you some help, keep an eye on Spoiler. Keep her out of trouble. Oracle out."

Oracle went through her files and tried to find a hero that would be able to get there in time. The only person free, was Captain Marvel Jr. Dialing Freddy's homephone Oracle left a voice mail.
"CM3," she begain using the synthetic voice to protect her identity. "This is the Oracle. I need your help with something..."

After Freddy heard the voice mail he stayed in silence for a sec. He opened the window "Captain Marvel!" He said.
