Issue 5 he will don the New uniform. It is in honor of Wally West, but it isn't the Kid Falsh costume anymore. Now it is the Impulse uniform.

DC has made it clear that he will still be Impulse. I don't think many people ever liked the name Kid Flash. Ugh

-I've seen a picture of an idea for Kon's new costume. I'll try to find it, but it looks alot like Beast Boy's costume, except for colour diffearence and the 'S' shield on his chest. It's going to be the normal 'S' shield I think.
